'YOU, Your Church, Sport and the OLYMPICS' is the theme that the leader of national organisation - Christians in Sport and ex Professional Footballer Graham Daniels will speak on from his wide knowledge of Churches and Sport and his position as a leading figure in 'Going for Gold' the liason group for the London Olympics and the Christian community.

Weston Bible Week Plus is pleased to be welcoming Bishop Michael Nazir-Ali, the Bishop of Rochester.

He will be speaking on 'Islam through Christian Eyes'.

Bible Week Plus takes place on MONDAY 7th March 2011, 7.30pm at Milton Baptist Church, Baytree Road, Weston-super-Mare.

Reverend Canon George Kovoor, Principal of Trinity College Bristol, comes to Weston to talk about 'The Churches' Mission' at Weston Bible Week, this September.

We live in a fast paced world where balances of power, advances in technology and Christian influence are continually changing.

Three people with recent first-hand experience of being ‘Christians In the Public Eye’ are due to be sharing their experiences at Weston Bible Week PLUS on 9th March.

One minute these people were just going about their daily job... the next, they were at the centre of a media frenzy... the common thread of interest being their Christian faith and their values and beliefs.  Tuesday night, 9th March provides an opportunity to find out about the stories behind three highly publicised events and to be inspired and learn from their experiences.

Rev Richard Bewes O.B.E. is to be the speaker for the Weston Bible Week on 22nd to 24th September 2009 at Christ Church, Montpelier, Weston-super-Mare.

His theme for the three evenings will be ‘The power of the Word, the Spirit & the Blood’ and will include teaching on passages from Psalm 119, Ezekiel 37 and Hebrews chapter 9.

We are delighted to announce that the speaker for Bible Week 2009 will be Richard Bewes. 

Richard Bewes O.B.E. is a respected international speaker, writer, hymn-writer, broadcaster and Christian communicator.  He is based at All Souls, Langham Place, London.

Continuing our successful series of presentations with open question times we are pleased to welcome two highly acclaimed Christian speakers Dr John Drane and Rev Dave Bookless to the 2009 Bible Week Plus.

Dr John Drane is a prolific author, University Professor (Scotland and U.S.A.) and International Convention Speaker.   He is a thought provoking, encouraging yet challenging speaker and we are delighted to bring him to Somerset from Aberdeen.
